Fachri Aidulsyah is a Research Candidate at Research Center for Regional Studies-Indonesian Institute of Sciences (PSDR-LIPI). He obtained his B.A. from the Departement of Sociology UGM (2015). In 2014 he attended Worldview of Islam (WISE) Summer School at Centre for Advanced Studies on Islam, Science and Civilization (CASIS)-Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur and in 2015 he attended International Workshop “Growing Religious Intolerance in Indonesia: Outlook, Challenges, and Future Trajectory of Indonesian Religious Life” that organised by RSIS NTU Singapore and Pasca-Sarjana UIN Sunan Kalijaga Indonesia. Since 2014 he has been actively conducting research in the field of Islamic movement, sultanate, and radicalism in several regions in Indonesia and Malaysia such as
