The editor would like to announce that from this year's edition (2005) there are changes in the editorial board members. Dr. Muhamad Ahkam Subroto retired as the chief editor and was replaced by Dr. Satya Nugroho. There are also changes in the editorial board mem­ bers with th addition of Dr. Andi Utama and Dr. Ines Atmosukarto as Associate Editors. These changes will hopefully improve the contents of this journal.
