Executive Secretary of LIPI

Nur Tri Aries Suestiningtyas, M.A. has served Executive Secretary of the Indonesian Institute of Sciences (LIPI) since January 31, 2019. Nur served as Head of the Bureau for Cooperation, Law and Public Relations (BKHH) LIPI since 2014. She was a bachelor graduate of socio-politics (International Relations) from Padjadjaran University in 1994. Then, Nur earned her Master of Art in International Studies from Griffith University, Australia in 2010. Nur started her career at LIPI as a staff who served in international cooperation in the Bureau for Science and Technology Cooperation (BKI) LIPI in 1994. In 1999, she was trusted as Head of BKI LIPI Bilateral Cooperation Sub-division and later turned as Head of Foreign Cooperation Sub-division at the same work unit in 2001. After that, Nur's career continued as Head of Cooperation Section, Bureau for Cooperation and Science and Technology Promotion (BKPI) LIPI in 2005. Her career continued to be Head of Public Relations Division BKPI LIPI in 2013. Since 2014, she has been trusted as Head of BKPI LIPI until BKPI changed its name to BKHH LIPI. With more than 20 years of experience in a research institution, she has strong skills in strategic planning, implementation and evaluation of services and programs in promoting science and technology through the areas of cooperation, law and public relations.
