1. ARSIP is a mirror service providing reliable internet connection and space which is open either for all users or database providers for (completely) free
2. LIPI has no responsiblity in any means on all contents and any aspects caused by the contents available in this site.
3. All databases and its copyrights belong to the owner(s) of each database.
4. Approved! : the mirror has been approved by the data's owner as one of the official mirror sites across the globe.
5. ARSIP is run in voluntary basis to provide easy and reliable accesses to the local users to the scientific databases available around the globe.
6. ARSIP Team has no responsibility in any means to the sustainability and any aspects caused by the termination of service.

For the database providers :

1. ARSIP is intended to mirror any global or local (Indonesia) scientific databases.
2. ARSIP has an absolute right to accept or decline requests to mirror particular databases regarding ARSIP and LIPI's own regulations.
3. The owners should allow a completely free and open access for public to their databases mirrored in ARSIP.
4. ARSIP might be used as an data exchange hub between the local parties and their global partners, as long as both sides agree to open their databases for public.

For the end-users : :

1. Everyone is welcome to access all databases mirrored in ARSIP.
2. The usages for commercial purposes should follow the copyrights belonging to the original owner of databases.
3. The automatic and anonymous mass download is forbidden and might lead to the blocking.
4. The subsequent mirrors of particular databases in ARSIP should obtain official permissions from the ARSIP Team.
